Personal Training AHA! works with clients one-on-one to help them accomplish their fitness goals. Whether you are a novice or an avid sports enthusiast, AHA! can help you accomplish your goals. We take an integrated approach to fitness by emphasizing cardiovascular and endurance training, strength training and a focus on flexibility. We create specific programs based on the clients’ unique needs and objectives. We also offer program packages with your unique circumstances and goals in mind. If you have a suggestion for other packages and programs, please let us know. We want to make sure the client is happy, fit and satisfied.

Here is your opportunity to work towards finishing a race or improving your race time with a personal trainer by your side to help you achieve your goal. This program emphasizes interval training, fartleks, plyometrics, strength training and proper stretching techniques. “Bridal Fitness Package”Are you interested in entering this new and exciting phase of your life in your best shape ever? Get stronger, fitter, more flexible and maybe even lose a few pounds as you work with a personal trainer on cardiovascular and strength training as well as stretching techniques. This program emphasizes core strength development, stress reduction techniques, and cardiovascular training to prepare you for the big day and beyond. “Baby on Board Package” Are you thinking of getting pregnant or are you already pregnant? This program will prepare the pre-expectant woman’s body for the stressful demands of pregnancy and will help the pregnant woman to have a healthy and fit pregnancy. This program emphasizes gentle stretching yoga movements, low to moderate level cardiovascular training and strength building.
